Claude Personal Health Doctor

A Claude "Doctor Skill" plus a knowledge-graph second brain built from personal medical records.

Built a Doctor Skill for Claude. It contains:
- medical resources and links the agent can visit for any query;
- guidance on how a doctor should behave and reason;
- a strict workflow for investigating evidence against current information.
Organized personal medical documents into dated folders, then used Graphify to turn them into a knowledge-graph "second brain" for Claude, with documents processed into nodes and communities.
Result: a private, queryable health assistant grounded in his own records.
